Getting to Know Ultrabeat’s Step Sequencer. Ultrabeat’s step sequencer contains a sequence for each sound in a drum kit. Each sequence can consist of up to 32 steps. A pattern is a container for all sequences in a drum kit. Up to 24 patterns can be saved and recalled with each Ultrabeat setting.
